Cindy Gunadi
Jonathan Wright and I make a great team, both as Realtors and as Attorneys practicing Trust and Estates Law. When I received my Real Estate Broker's License I found a real passion for architecture and the many fascinating and unique neighborhoods of the Los Angeles area. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than assisting folks to find the homes of their dreams, or to sell their homes at the best possible price. I also help domestic and international investors make sound real estate decisions, both for residential and commercial transactions. I guide them through through Southern California's complex real estate market, and track growth patterns and pitfalls within the market. Along with Real Estate, Law and Art have been recurring vocations. I lived in South East Asia, specifically Indonesia, and Europe. I attended UC Davis' King Hall Law School, and for some time after practiced International Contracts Law with the Baker & McKenzie affiliate in Jakarta. After returning to Los Angeles, I became a partner at Gilbert & Sackman for approximately ten years. As an artist and photographer I tackle issues of identity, authenticity, diversity and other aspects of our shared humanity. I believe giving back is important. I have been on the Board of Directors of the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association, LA Commons, Asian Pacific American Labor Alliance, Organization of Chinese Americans and other noteworthy organizations. I was the pro-bono Chair for Asians for Advancing Justice, and did pro-bono work for the Asian/Pacific Islander Domestic Violence Resource Project. In our spare time, my family and I love to explore the Los Angeles area and its many cultural, architectural, and natural treasures!

Jonathan Wright
Along with travel, real estate, architecture and design have been my passions ever since helping my dad design and build subdivisions while still in high school. In college I spent a year abroad in Germany and Austria, seeing first hand the beauty of centuries of fine design and craftsmanship. I attended UCLA Law School and specialized in urban planning and real estate development. After being admitted to the California State Bar, I went to work first at Bank of America and later at Union Bank in the Legal Division providing guidance to the trust, estate, probate, retirement plans and trust real estate areas of Wealth Management and Trust. I retired after 30 years and became a realtor in the Los Feliz office of Coldwell Banker Realty as well as continuing to practice estate and trust law. I am excited to be part of a team with Cindy Gunadi to bring my life-long interest in Los Angeles and our mutual love of real estate to clients needing our services. We bring a deep knowledge of the many unique neighborhoods within the Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Eagle Rock, Downtown and Mount Washington areas of Los Angeles having lived and worked in the area since 1974. Our team has also worked with clients all over the area from Palm Springs, to Long Beach and Orange County to the Valley and Westside. As a practicing attorneys, we are experienced in all areas of trust and estate administration, probate and fiduciary real estate and investment. As a founding director and past president of Habitat for Humanity Los Angeles I am very familiar with land development and residential construction in the LA area. I am the proud owner of a 100 year old fully restored Craftsman Los Angeles Historic/Cultural Landmark home, so am conversant with numerous aspects of home improvement and historical preservation.
